I was going to joke that it was nice the MOJ had such confidence in junior staff sat checking journey times with google maps. However, it seems I wasn't that far from the truth:

"Having established a view of reasonable limits for assessing travel time impacts, we have undertaken an assessment of what
this means for users of the current court estate. This analysis is based on Google travel time data and middle layer super
output area (MSOA) (census-based) population areas"
