If only the directors were on the hook for costs and were playing with their own money, with the threat of bankruptcy home and business loss and imprisonment at large if they lost, just like the Sub Postmasters who fell foul of this foul business, then that would, I suspect see a very early end to the proceedings. Computers are NOT the future and the sooner we regard them as a sparingly used exception rather than the norm, the safer and happier we shall all be.
