The grounds of intervention in relation to Onyeme were: Onyeme had failed to comply with the SRA Principles 2011 and SRA Accounts Rules 2011; it was necessary to intervene to protect the interests of Onyeme’s clients or former clients.

The grounds of intervention in relation to World Secure Solicitors Limited were: the firm and Onyeme as a manager of it, had breached the SRA Principles 2011 and SRA Accounts Rules 2011; it was necessary to intervene to protect the interests of the firm’s clients.

Onyeme’s practising certificate was suspended as a result of the intervention.

The grounds of intervention in relation to Ice Blue Legal LLP were: there was reason to suspect dishonesty on the part of Gribbin as a manager of Ice Blue Legal LLP; Gribbin, as a manager of Ice Blue Legal LLP, had failed to comply with the rules made under sections 31 and 32 of the Solicitors Act 1974 (as amended).
