Report comment

So the government, nearly one year into its five year term, wants to take three years to think about the report. That's four years into its five year term. Then there won't be enough time to legislate. It seems clear this government thinks this is too hot to handle and expects to be out of office after the next election so is leaving this for someone else to deal with.

Perhaps the next government will think the same and kick this down the road once again.
