A big fan of your work, John, and agree with points made in the article.

Absolutely in favour of improved AI literacy and acknowledge its increasing importance for lawyers, amongst others.

Part of that is understanding - impressive though current capabilities are - AI for the foreseeable future does not take the form of superhuman androids, nor should it be conceptualised as such. If you will forgive the comment and pedantry, I wonder if the image accompanying this article promotes an appreciation that current 'AIs' are fundamentally probablistic, next word/token predictors (which are accordingly prone to generating inaccurate or false outputs).

Of course this is a minor point but my sense is that anything we can do to enhance understanding and draw the implied narrative away from T-800 robots is no bad thing.
