From reading the comments, I can only say that this is all an embarrassment to our profession. What has happened to client care, and customer service? If you were looking after your customer why would they take an offer from an insurer? Is this the result of claims farming, and processing new cases for a quick return? Do you think that taking 25% of damages will help the situation? Your greed has lead to this and you will be hard pressed to overcome this point and adding publicity will only increase awareness to our detriment i'm afraid.
