Re 2.09pm. Hunt - as you well know literally 99% of cases end before a judgment in court. So costs are almost never recovered - they have to come out of a single global settlement payment. Therefore doubled up legal fees and huge ATE costs come out of the pot. Invariably leaving creditors with nothing. The more the lawyers and IPs jack up their fees, the larger their share of the pot carve up. I don't need to tell you this really do I....
