The claimant lobby needs to seize the initiative now. There is no point collaborating with insurers. They want everything on their own terms. Why not suggest an increase in the sct to say £1500 and then index link it ? Get Medco to to kick out all the multiple registrations and push on with expert accreditation. And how about bringing part 36 into play for portal claims so parties get penalised for playing games over quantum?
