@Post Truth. Gosh, you're a bit impolite aren't you? If we can't chat about these issues without being offensive then it's no wonder lawyers get such a bad press
Software which automatically records 30 units for generating a retainer letter and a CFA, identical to a hundred previous cases which a fee earner never reads and emails out with a single press of a button. Do they not have that where you work yet?
I note that you don't deal with other points I raise...
