What concerns me is the utter hypocrisy of the "Justice" system, particularly the way that it treats Solicitors more favourably than LIP's . What is being described by Mr Justice Holgate ,i.e. excessive sized bundles is par for the course of most litigants like the Police whose tactic is to make the bundle as large as possible and full of "Fluff" to make the claimant overloaded . Punishment for Solicitors is an article in the lawgazette, punishment for an LIP is being banned from every Court in the Country for Life for NOTHING. That is the bias of Judges.
