AR is easy. Each party is expected to be honest in their disclosure of assets and liabilities and to do their honest best in valuing them. Some subjective adjustment of valuation is accepted.

Failure to disclose, or to hide, an asset is a serious failure. Potentially it is a contempt of court or perjury.

So no surprises here.
