Nothing worse than the decades of thievery that's plagued this industry and bought about the reforms.
Claimants getting well and truly stuffed by nearly all firms at various stages through the claims process, whether its being cold called with false promises, then having deduction in damages, conned into buying ATE's!!
Either way everybody is better off and yet still no anger from the main people these reforms hit which is the general public
