I'm not sure why but a favourite Rumpole quote leapt to mind

HHJ Bullingham "Did you say something Mr Rumbold ?"

Rumpoule " Nothing your Honour - I was anxious not to interrupt the flow of your Honour's rebuke"

Ps In posting the above I can't recall whether the learned Judge was a full red Judge - no doubt the cognoscenti reading will correct my egregious error if so

Anyway it's time for my afternoon nap
