Strictly Come Dancing judge Craig Revel Horwood (don’t pretend you haven’t heard of him) will be casting his trademark critical eye over the best rug-cutters in the legal world next month.

He’ll be on the celebrity judging panel at Murder on the Dance Floor, an evening organised by Strictly Furnival – or Furnival Chambers Ltd as it’s generally known – in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support. Apparently members of the judiciary, the bar, solicitors and clerks will compete for guests’ votes to lift the much coveted glitter ball trophy.

Organiser Stephen Moses of Furnival tells Obiter that solicitors Nadia Ryman of Blackfords and Maria Stalbow of Bark & Co have already signed up. Contact smoses@furnivallaw.co.uk for further details.
