We share with members of the oldest profession the use of the word ‘client’, or at least we used to until the word ‘customer’ came into vogue. As everyone else is stealing our work, they might as well have our name and instead we rebrand ourselves as attorneys.

As an old serjeant said: ‘They will steal the very teeth out of your mouth.’
