Enable Law has welcomed Court of Protection specialist Mea North as partner in its mental capacity team.
North, who joins the firm from Thomson Snell & Passmore, will support clients with complex financial and welfare decisions where they are unable to make those decisions themselves.
She commented: 'It’s a perfect fit because I went into the legal profession to help people, making sure the voices of vulnerable individuals and their families are heard and their wishes acted upon.'

North will be based at the firm's Southampton office.
