I'd love to be in with the sanguine crowd but given the number of people that need to be in the right place at the right time for even a simple chain to complete, much less a complex one to exchange and complete (if not simultaneously, with the risks of failed completion laid off on terms that work for all concerned) I don't think it's a situation to be ignoring. Practical suggestions welcomed!
