The LAA say their priority is to help those at most need of support and advice but what they don't seem to realise is that if the law firms doing the work for those clients cease to operate due to cashflow problems they have caused, numerous clients will be left without representation.

The LAA need to urgently tell their providers how to get paid. At the moment those doing civil work don't even know when they will next get paid. No one at the LAA seems to know what the plan is.
