To our knowledge the only contingency billing options supplied as yet are for urgent LA applications and CWA (Legal Help) monthly billing
In the (likely) event this will not be a short lived problem the LAA should urgently provide an interim process for reverting to sending physical/paper billing. Otherwise, aside from the obvious serous financial implications for LA firms, when CCMS is fixed/a new parallel system is up and running, it will struggle with the amount of claims submitted as soon as it becomes available
