Commenters at 2.28 and 2.12 are entirely correct. My firm does family work and our main source of income is certificated family work. Those doing certificated civil work have not received any information about when they will next be paid and how to submit bills. Unless this situation is sorted urgently firms are likely to experience significant financial difficulty.
