This is just ridiculous.
The consequence of this will be the lay client will think that if we tell them how to complain at the end of a case, no matter how good a job we have done, they will take that as we think we have messed up otherwise why tell me?
The SRA do not have, and never have had, the slightest idea of what ordinary lay clients will think when told this at the end of every case.
Another stupid decision to justify their existence and their enormous salaries paid for by us.
