Remind me please, does the SRA tell those it deals with how to complain about the service provided by the SRA? And does it do so both at initial point of contact and again at the conclusion of the matter?
A few years ago I complained to the SRA about a firm at which the solicitors had breached an undertaking and otherwise failed in numerous duties to clients and third parties. I offered to provide evidence in the form of correspondence from the firm itself. The SRA case worker refused to pursue the matter.
I do not recall the case worker telling my how to complain if I was not satisfied with the SRA's response to my complaint (and I was not!).
