Well, what do you know? Until you suggested that I might want to complain I was perfectly satisfied with your service. But now you've mentioned that I can complain I am suddenly seriously aggrieved with something, I know that something is outside of your control, but now you've mentioned it, yes I do want to complain.

The research this is in part based on had a cohort of 41 people. I struggle to see how the research is either valid or supports the proposals outlined.
