I think this is a great idea.
I think we should be obliged to create memes and gifs for social media and big flashing pop ups for our websites explaining how people can complain because I have noticed that people just don’t know how to draft a vitriolic email or even a mild mannered one that sets out how they feel.
As “consumers” don’t know how to complain it is our job along with Climate Change Risks, AML, Proliferation Financing, Sanctions checks, PEP checks and every other type of bureaucracy foisted on us to also encourage complaints.

It is a great idea because it makes deciding to retire and remove my name from the Roll so much easier.

I think we need to take our lead from the Regulator for Patent Attorneys and adopt their level of regulation.
