As a non-practising solicitor (and yes, sadly, I am thankful for that) it utterly beggars belief to read this piece.
I am sure it is now considered non-PC - and I will clearly state I mean no offence by this - but the phrase "the lunatics have taken over the asylum" is the only one that comes to mind
