Don't wish to sound smug but after 48 years in the profession I'm so relieved
to be gradually "easing out".
Which planet are these people living on? Clearly not another planet, more
another universe.
I suppose they are trying to divert attention from Axiom Ince??
I so agree with the comment about the introduction in the 90s of " complaints
procedure" even before one had even commenced work. Suggestion for Mr Philip:
Requirement IN THE MIDDLE of the work/instruction --" we feel you should complain BEFORE we finish the work/case --please, please complain now, you don't have to wait until we have completed your matter" ( !!!!!)-exclamation marks mandatory to emphasise your " Rights".
