Some years ago they set up the "Solicitors Complaints Bureau". It resulted in shed loads of complaints.
A good organisation does not have a complaints department. It has customer relations which make complaints unnecessary in the vast majority of cases.
The way solicitors are treated by the regulators is oppressive an disgusting, and I am getting out soon. I will then be able to stop describing myself as a "future former solicitor".
