Didn’t virtually all of us get Covid in 2020? I probably caught it in the office in early March 2020 but I always wondered if I’d sucked in the virus at a conference in Manchester organised by the MOJ to explain their proposed new PI rules and Portal. They crammed several hundred PI lawyers into the room and I did wonder at the time if it was a cynical fiendish plan to eradicate us via the medium of pandemic. I can confidently say that none of us wanted to be there! Can I treat my date of knowledge as starting today?
