New Headline

Clients have not needed to complain about the service they've received so have never found the need to find out how.

In this day and age where everyone jumps on their high horse at the slightest infraction and shares the same to the world via social media. It is clear that those clients surveyed didn't actually need to make a complaint.

I reckon my 12 year old could work out how to make a complaint within 5 minutes of being asked.

Also, are those bleating about this running out of complaints to deal with? Another positive sign if so
