What a complete load of rubbish. I've just been into the Legal Services Consumer Panel Website and see that under the "About Us" link there is an item headed "How to complain about us" but I haven't bothered to read it so in the next survey I take part in as to whether I know how to complain about the Legal Services Consumer Panel I shall say I have no idea, would not trust them to deal with it properly, that it would take too long to deal with and that I would never be able to get hold of them, particularly by telephone as you will see from their website there is no telephone number given - just like all these other large bodies who do not want to be contacted.
These surveys are totally useless, depend on exactly what questions are asked and whether the consumer understands them properly and are completely geared to producing the answers the Watchdog wants so as to be able to criticize the profession.
