Headline should be “Thousands of people do not know that the best way to complain if you are unsure how to complain is to ask” - Come on Law Gazette mute this rubbish. It is not newsworthy and you are not supporting us by allowing it column inches. What you should be doing is tearing into something which framed in that way is a complete waste of time and money!
