I started to respond to the SRA consultation on complaints and as a result looked at a variety of different websites, lawyers and other professional services. Whilst not 100% - the vast majority of solicitor websites I looked at had "complaints procedure" (or a variation of the wording) on their home page.
None of the others - accountants, opticians, dentists, vets, doctors etc had anything. The closest I got was on supermarket websites where there were options to return goods.
I don't think any of the above have sent me information on how to complain about them at point of first contact either.
