Absolutely the right decision.

It's important not to be histrionic. Credit hire is a lawful and proper industry. I have no problem with people operating in an industry and making a lawful profit out of it.

That said, that industry turns entirely on bringing legal claims in order to make that profit. So if credit hire firms want to take the benefit of that profit, then they also need to take the corresponding burden: namely, the financial cost of the claims that lose.
