This decision will undoubtedly be appealed as it is a decision based on the interpretation of the law by the CA.
There is too much money and consequences for it not to be.
The SC may actually see this as 11.32 sees it.
I am not involved in this type of work at all so please don't shoot me, but it looks to me, considering the bigger picture, as if this decision creates more problems than it solves.
