The evidence from the Trust Pilot review shows that 387 complainants recorded their dissatisfaction with the SRA. It also records that the Chief Executive Paul Philip has done nothing to address consumer complaints.
The Ministry if Justice and the Legal Service Board have joint oversight of the SRA. . The evidence shows that neither the MOJ nor the Legal Services Board have taken action to address the wider public concerns with the many failures of the SRA to uphold the rule of law and support and protect the interests of consumers.
The review which was initiated by the LSB and supported by the MOJ focused on the specific failings of the SRA to monitor the financial problems of Axiom-Ince. Any such investigation will do nothing to remedy the wider failings of the SRA
The Ministry of Justice should be asked to mount an urgent public inquiry into the wider failings of the SRA which have been highlighted in the Trust Pilot Survey in the SRA complainants as at 1207.2025.
The evidence shows that the failure of the SRA to uphold the law and support and protect the interests of consumers is due to the failure of the LSB and the Ministry of Justice to undertake their monitoring roles of the SRA in an efficient manner.
