In respect to removing the right, I actually agree that removing it will have minimal effect, and I don't think there is other good reasons to remove it. That said, I don't feel strongly about keeping it either - if nothing else then if you are correct (that Ds will be treated less fairly by Mags) then that needs sorting - not a plaster put on by having more knowledgeable people go to crown.
