Another SRA regulated firm using the protection of limited liability status but then failing to meet the Companies Act requirements concerning the filing of accounts - which are an essential part of the package for those wanting to benefit from a company structure.
And what steps has the SRA been taking about this?
Are they not concerned about the potential risk to clients implicit in such behaviour? Aren't solicitors supposed to comply with the law? Isn't a failure to do so damaging to the profession's reputation?
