Anon at 12.49pm is right. When I have received draft judgments I do not send them to my clients but require them to attend my office to read them so I can make the true effect of the embargo known to them and, by not letting them have a copy (but only to read it), ensure there is no breach. Perhaps some others need to take a similar approach to avoid future breaches.
