last comment about "taxing Billionares appropriately" is somewhat naive as anyone with that sort of wealth has the choice of where to live and as in 1960s and 1970s when income tax rates soared so anyone who could moved abroad - Beatles and Stones as I recall where amongst those who left for some years .
And in fact tax actually collected tends to FALL the higher the rates are .

I go to one of the Copurts rated as worst ie Uxbridge - I dont see it as any worse than may others SAVE that the seats in Court are mainly broken but so are seats at Westminster which was only opened 11 years ago
