If this comes in... and (sadly) it probably will...watch this space. it might start off offering fair compensation but it will gradually be whittled down until servicemen and women are treated unfairly. The government will say it is all we can afford etc. Who remembers when the CICB used to award damages equivalent to a civil court award? Now the CICA award a pittance and only if a claimant manages to navigate the many obstacles put in their way.
