How about The Law Society taking back control of the TREgulation of our profession, getting rid of the SRA and Outcome Focussed Regulation and putting in place a "Police Force" and Rules that scare the bejaysus out of the profession? How about the polluter paying more and more each time they breach a rule. Taking instructions from anyone and then issuing proceedings backed with ATE insurance that has not been paid for by the client is left to the lowest qualified to assess and oragnise. The current RTB litigation is a fine example of the excesses of "processing" without any element of professsional skill or judgment.
The liberalisation of the legal services market was never a great idea and looks more and more like a South Sea Bubble of a disaster that is about to explode.
