Anyone who has read the history of this case would realise that the husband pretty much refused to co-operate with the process. It seems that the committal did some good but that was five years into the litigation with as many years of order breaches. The judge thought the wife was asking for too much but he also rejected the husband's claim that he had no assets at all. Without the work put in by her legal team would this wife have uncovered even that much?

Do we ever hear a judge in a criminal trial complain about the prosecutions costs when dealing with a fraud case?
