No-one has realised, or if they did they aren't letting on, that this Ruling confirms that the Judicial system is now Napoleonic with the imposition of the Juge D'Instruction in absolute supremacy to the English conception of Justice. With respect to His Lordship, this judgment is not fair and open justice. I don't care what he says about relief from sanction, the inescapable fact is that process is now more important than any understanding of open-handed Justice. This is the System evolving itself out of a job. If Lord Dyson genuinely believes his Court has dispensed Justice he clearly believes his own propaganda.
