Thomas you have summed up the position perfectly.If the great british public truly understood the implications of the decision they would be outraged.The judges have now admitted that doing justice to the individual case is of no interest to them it is more important that we obey their timescales to the letter or else.Their arrogance is stupefying and shows how much grasp they have on the practicalities of running a litigation practise.If the courts themselves were competent in ther own admin they might have a case but they are woeful and of course those of us on the receiving end have no remedy.
