Don't you think the only way to stop them from possessing such power within the law industry is by setting fixed price so that they do not have the upper hand on other firms. Also whether fixed price or not clients will always complain if they feel they are spending too much money for the solicitors services and the solicitors can still overprice and guarantee their money will paid and so therefore clients cannot escape
