For some time now, I've always told clients that Chancery is one of the few areas of Law where natural justice broadly applies, so this ruling is very much to be applauded.

For what's it's worth, the case should never have been brought; being yet another regrettable instance of where just because a case can be brought doesn't mean t say that it should. As usual, the only real winners were those who cashed the fee cheque.
