Ah yes, You give the client a quote to do the job, you are instructed, you do the job efficiently and effectively and bill the client. Client now decides you have charged too much and decides not to pay, and to complain to Leo. No I am not making it up. There is a dangerous atmosphere being created that all any client or customer has to do is to complain, and they will be given compensation, no matter how unreasonable the complaint is. For the recipient of the complaint it is too easy to do a deal rather than go through the complaints process mangle.
