A very erudite comment on a law that affects a few while a law that seriously affects every person is ignored. I refer of course to the treason allegations accepted by 12 separate police forces who checked that the evidence and law was enough for a prima face case.They passed the crimes to Sir Bernard Hogan Howe to investigate. He refused to do so classing the complainants vexatious. Only a court can clas a person as vexatious after hearing evidence. A police officer's duty is to record and collect evidence. He should not act as a judge. So Joshua Rozenberg why not capture the Elephant in the room and bring this subject into the public arena where open justice demands it should be.
