I qualified at the end of the last property recession 1993 and spent the next 17 years in residential property. I am now a stay at home mum but will look at going back in a few years . I undoubtedly have the skills that would fill a recruitment gap but would I go back to residential ? I enjoyed doing it and the people that I met but it was a lot of hard work and stress for a salary that wasn't great and tbh clients in some cases who expected everything for nothing ..
