An interesting but ill-informed rant. Has it ever crossed your mind that the reason your firm didn't give you a raise is because they were struggling to survive? And perhaps 'no support from management' is translated into 'the partners were too busy trying to ensure the firm's survival?'

I understand why you might complain but please try to see the other side.
